About ABPOA

A.B.P.O.A.
The Australian Business Process Outsourcing Association.

A number of leading industry people got together in June 2010 and decided to form the ABPOA. The organisation was registered as a Not for Profit Industry Association on July 4th 2010 and an inaugural board of Directors was formed to guide the Association through its early establishment and development stages and attract members.

The ABPOA is a specialist Association that has been specifically set up to look after the interests of companies who offer outsourcing services and companies who buy outsourcing services. We welcome companies who supply the BPO industry; we also welcome consultants and people who work for Government, people in academia and individuals with an interest in the BPO market.

To join the ABPOA members must either have an Australian Business number (if a company) or be resident in Australia (if an individual).
