The Chamber of BPO IT is part of the National Business Association of Colombia (ANDI), founded in 1944 which groups 1,200 companies representing 35% of the Colombian GNP.
The Chamber of BPOIT – ANDI was created in 2009 and is the leading association of BPO IT companies in Colombia.
Our Objectives:

Position Colombia as a hub and strategic ally in the Latin American and the Caribbean region to develop outsourcing, nearshore and offshoring operations.
Maintaining permanent contact and close interaction with governmental institutions, Congress and Academia, to advocate for an adequate business environment suitable to enhance the competitive advantage of the Colombian outsourcing and IT services industry.
Develop strategic partnerships with global stakeholders for promoting the industry in global markets
Identify, adopt, share and implement best tactics, strategies and practices of outsourcing in order to systematically raise standards and promote technology transfer to develop and attract businesses opportunities.
Encourage auto-regulation standards to dignify employees work environment and work with affiliates to continuously implement social and environmental responsibility polices.
Support members to provide world class quality and service delivery standards.
Works closely with all member companies to strengthen the country brand, promote education and training, security and privacy, legislation and public policy to attract national and international investment and illustrate the competitive advantages of Colombia.

ASPIRE is the leading association of IT and Business Process Services companies in Poland.
ASPIRE brings together major players in Poland to pursue a common strategy in promoting opportunity in outsourcing and offshoring in the Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe.
Located in Krakow in the South of Poland Europes outsourcing hub ASPIRE is a founding member of the Central East European Outsourcing Association, an umbrella organisation for national outsourcing associations across the CEE region.
The association has extensive international links aimed at developing better understanding of the differing roles played by different geographies in the global outsourcing and offshoring landscape.

Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) represents the Business Process Outsourcing Industry, for both voice and non voice outsourcing in Bangladesh.

The Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) is the umbrella organization representing the entire Philippine offshoring and outsourcing industry.
BPAP has about 300 member companies which are engaged in business process outsourcing IT-BPO operations and stakeholders from allied support services such as telecommunications, real-estate, system integrators and staffing and training.
The association is involved in helping new and existing members with their business matching needs. Together with the Philippine government, BPAP leads local talent recruitment and development as well as international marketing campaigns and research.
BPAP is the “one-stop shop” organization for operators and investors Philippines.

The Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) Australia was established in 1996 to represent the industry as a collective voice on trends and issues, providing a professional and responsive voice for the industry in Australia, Asia-Pacific and the World.
Striving for service excellence and continual improvement across all sectors, the CCMA provides a forum for Customer Contact Industry professionals and organisations within the industry to interact and pursue common service and industry improvement goals, commercial growth and professional development through networking forums, education programs, career development opportunities and recognition of the contact centre industry as an employer of choice.
In 2008 the CCMA became a foundation member of APCCAL (Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders) to further share information and establish best practice benchmarks within this region.
CCMA represents member organizations in Government, Banking & Finance; IT Technical Support; Business Process Outsourcers; Telecommunications; Energy Providers; Travel and Hospitality; Charities; Statutory Corporations; Educational Institutions and specialist software, hardware and firmware suppliers.

The Chinese Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) is the Chinese government agency charged with the responsibility of two-way investment promotion into and out of China.
CIPA on behalf of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce organizes and implements the Chinese foreign investment promotion strategy. CIPA engages in cooperation with the relevant international economic organizations, foreign investment promotion agencies, chambers of commerce and business associations.
CIPA implements the investment promotion programs of the Ministry of Commerce; including CIFIT and Expo Central China. CIPA also operates the website of ‘Invest in China’.

Outsourcing Malaysia (OM) is an initiative of the Malaysian outsourcing industry and is a chapter of PIKOM, the countrys National ICT Association. OM is primarily focused in helping to promote to the world, Malaysias multiple outsourcing competencies and competitive edge.
