The Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) is the umbrella organization representing the entire Philippine offshoring and outsourcing industry.
BPAP has about 300 member companies which are engaged in business process outsourcing IT-BPO operations and stakeholders from allied support services such as telecommunications, real-estate, system integrators and staffing and training.
The association is involved in helping new and existing members with their business matching needs. Together with the Philippine government, BPAP leads local talent recruitment and development as well as international marketing campaigns and research.

The Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) Australia was established in 1996 to represent the industry as a collective voice on trends and issues, providing a professional and responsive voice for the industry in Australia, Asia-Pacific and the World.
